The inevitable crisis comes and Vicky must rely on openness, sensitivity, and the love of others to overcome her private grief.     Heartbreaking and Beautifully written, I first read this book as a teenager and have continued to read it again and again, finding something new in it each time and enjoying it exponentially more.
